  • Billing for Root & Roam’s Monthly Subscription Box, "Root & Roam Home" will occur on the 11th day of each month. Packages will be aimed to ship the first Thursday of the subsequent month. Following your first month’s subscription, your credit card will automatically be billed for each subsequent month on the 11th day. By subscripting to the Root & Roam Home box, you agree to authorize Root & Roam to automatically bill and receive payments from your credit card on a monthly basis.

  • Because we must order a specific quantity of items for our boxes--most of which are nonreturnable--we cannot offer refunds once orders have been placed, or auto renewals have processed. Please note cancelations are for future boxes only, and not for the boxes already paid for (1, 3, or 6 depending on your subscription plan). 

  • You must be at least 16 years of age or older to subscribe to the Root & Roam Home box. By creating an account and subscribing to the service you warrant that you are capable of entering a binding contract and that you are at least 16 years of age.

  • Boxes can be purchased 1 month, 3 months, and 6 months in advance. If purchased in this matter, payment in full for all months is required at time of purchase. An additional bonus or gift will be given for 3 month, 6 month and 1 year pre paid subscription boxes. When cancelling 3 month, 6 month or 12 month subscriptions, Root & Roam Home has the ability to charge a processing fee and withhold any bonuses promised with these subscriptions. If you choose to cancel a prepaid box, a refund is not guaranteed and we will handle each cancellation on a case to case basis.

  • Delayed and damaged packages are a possibility and will be covered up to a maximum of $100 through USPS. If you require additional insurance, signature upon delivery or next day delivery on your package it can be purchased at an additional price. For this additional service and pricing, it is your responsibility to contact hello@rootandroamhome.com by the 21st of each month.

  • If any items arrive broken or missing, you are responsible for letting Root & Roam know within 24 hours of receipt of purchase.  You will either be sent a new, replacement item or refunded the amount of the value of the item that was missing or broken.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure your address is accurate and up to date. If there are any changes to your address, it is your responsibility to update your address a minimum of 2 weeks before the first business day of the subsequent month. You can do this through your login.

  • All sales on boxes are final. There are no refunds, exchanges or returns on any items received as part of the monthly subscription box. All products in the box are sold “as is” but we ensure that they will be at the quality for intended use.

  • You are responsible for all activity conducted under your personalized login. Do not share your personal login which includes your username and password. If you believe your login has been compromised, it is your responsibility to contact hello@rootandroamhome.com as soon as possible.

  • The monthly cost of the Root & Roam Home box can be changed at any time. Any price changes will require a written notice from Root & Roam at least 28 days in advance.

  • Root & Roam Home has the right to modify and revise these terms and conditions at any time, for any reason and without notice.

  • We reserve the right to discontinue your subscription at any time for any reason. If a 3 month, 6 month or 1 year subscription is cancelled by us, it is our responsibility to issue a refund for all months remaining in your subscription.
